Launch Pad Graduations

I know I'm horrible at posting on this thing but I just thought I'd update you on some things that have happened in the past month.

Sadly, the first term of Launch Pad has come to an end. But it went out with a celebration. On May 23. we held graduation celebration for our "Foundations of Faith" class in Khalenyoni. There were 11 graduating students; 2 with perfect attendance. The celebration was complete with certificates, food and drinks, and gifts for the graduating students that can be used as spiritual development tools. We also asked the students to share testimonies about what the Lord has taught them through the class and what He is doing in their life. I was surprised at the responses we got. Everyone wanted to share which was surprising since the Basotho people are generally quiet and reserved. Anyways, there were some amazing testimonies. One woman shared that after learning about the laying on of hands, she took what she laerned and put it into action. Her sister was sick so she laid her hands on her, prayed for the Lord to heal her and she was completely healed! Praise the Lord! It was so encouraging to hear how much the students learned and how much the class challenged their faith. I feel blessed to have been a part of this. Our students are so excited for next term and so am I. I love my students and I look forward to continuing where I left off and continued discipling these wonderful children of God!

Here are a couple pictures from the graduation celebration. This is Kelly and I handing out the certificates...
